This package is ideal for property owners not requiring an annual property management contract but who would like an occasional visit to check their property.
- Checking for mail and forwarding it to your preferred address or storing it until your next visit
- External and internal inspection of the property for any signs of disrepair
- Checking security systems, windows and doors
- Airing of the property
- Watering internal plants and patio plants
- Sweeping the outside patio areas
- Checking and replacing any light bulbs which do not work (if supply is left by property owner)
- Check to ensure all services are connected
- Running of all taps and showers, flushing of toilets
- Checking for infestation
- Make keys available for your guests for up to 7 days following our visit to the property
- Provide a report following the visit, example report
- On the discovery of any damage emergency repairs will be carried out immediately to make the property secure. We will then contact you and await further instructions**
We do not charge up front for our services. Payments are made after you are 100% happy with the service we have provided.
