Ideal for property owners who would like their property prepared for them when they visit and checked on a regular basis when they are not present.

What’s included?

• We will visit your property twice a month throughout the whole year
• Checking for mail and forwarding it to your home address or storing it until your next visit
• External and internal inspection of the property for any signs of disrepair
• Checking security systems, windows and doors
• Airing of the property
• Watering internal plants and patio plants
• Sweeping the outside patio areas
• Checking and replacing any light bulbs which do not work(if supply left by property owner)
• Check to ensure all services are connected
• Running of all taps and showers, flushing of toilets
• Checking for infestation
• Making keys available to friends, visitors or service personnel after authorization by yourselves
• Visiting the property to check for damage during adverse weather conditions
• Providing a report following each management visit, example report

*Preparing the property for you or your guests when visiting by:

• Airing, adjusting the temperature settings
• Providing a standard welcome pack or customized as advised by client (customized welcome packs may incur extra costs depending upon items required)
• Dusting all furniture
• Sweeping and mopping all internal floors
• Hosing down of all external patio areas
  
• On the discovery of any damage emergency repairs will be carried out immediately to make the property secure. We will then contact you and await further instructions**

*7 days notice required and a maximum of 6 visits to prepare the property per annum

We do not charge up front for our services. Payments are made after you are 100% happy with the service we have provided.
