We recommend a spring clean at least annually. This can be carried out any time of year. It ensures your property is clean and fresh for yourself or your guests. Prices vary according to needs and property size but as a general rule the following would normally be included.

An inventory check

Clean and sanitize bathrooms and shower cubicles leaving toilet paper in each bathroom

Clean all kitchen surfaces and cupboards

Clean inside and outside of kitchen appliances

Vacuum all floors

Mop all tiled areas

Vacuum or dust curtains and blinds

Vacuum or dust lamp shades

Make up beds with fresh linen (supplied by property owner)

Clean all bins

Dust all furniture

Dust ornaments

Wipe marks off light switches and doors

Clean inside and outside windows up to 2 meters high

Sweep outside patio areas

Mop outside patio areas

Wipe patio furniture
-
Ensure light bulbs are working and replace bulbs as necessary (if supply left by property owner)

Check gas bottle if applicable and replace if needed at cost

Report any findings to property owner
