Package A-The Exclusive Service
We provide a full letting service for your property and then you choose if you wish to add on any of our other services.
Package B-The All Inclusive Service
Javea Property Services will take care of everything involved in the letting of your property from the advertising to the cleaning.

We are one of the few companies who are transparent with what we offer and what we charge. All our services and prices are here to view on our website so there are no hidden extras.
Prices for our letting services are very competitive. We charge from only 20% of the weekly rental charge. No monies are taken in advance. If we do not obtain bookings for your property then we receive no commission. We are committed to our “NO BOOKINGS- NO FEES” policy. Click here for prices.
